We’re growing and looking for a Customer Service–driven Team Lead with strong business credit and financing knowledge to guide clients and support team success. Position Overview

The Business Credit & Financing Advisor – Team Lead plays a dual role: delivering an exceptional client experience while serving as a mentor and point of leadership within the advisory team. This role is heavily client-facing and service-oriented, with a strong focus on guiding business owners through complex financing decisions while ensuring best-in-class support.

You’ll leverage your customer service expertise, business credit knowledge, and coaching mindset to help clients—and your teammates—succeed.

This is a full-time, remote position.

What You Will Do

Client Advisory & Customer Experience

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to small business owners seeking business credit and financing solutions.
  • Deliver a high-touch, consultative customer experience from initial call through funding.
  • Use AI-powered tools to create and present personalized Funding Blueprints.
  • Maintain working knowledge of lender requirements and program qualifications to provide accurate, tailored guidance.
     

Team Leadership & Support

  • Act as a Team Lead by supporting, mentoring, and guiding advisors to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
  • Help reinforce best practices, client communication standards, and process adherence.
  • Serve as a resource for complex client situations and escalations.
     

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support.
  • Ensure client satisfaction while helping them confidently navigate business financing options.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: Base salary of $45,000–$55,000 annually, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
    • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $55,000–$65,000

Who We’re Looking For

Required / Strongly Preferred

  • Background in customer service, client success, or account management (required).
  • Experience with business credit, business financing, lending, or financial services (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
