Virtual Sales Assistant (Full-Time Contractor) | Executive-Level Communication Required

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Sales Assistant (Independent Contractor) to support our growing Sales Team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who is motivated by results, comfortable speaking with high-level professionals, and eager to grow alongside a scaling company.

About the Role

The Virtual Sales Assistant plays a critical role in cultivating both new and existing accounts to maximize sales opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives, supporting daily revenue growth through lead outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management.

This is a sales-facing and customer-facing role, so professionalism, confidence, and exceptional communication skills are essential. You will regularly interact with Executives, C-Suite leaders, and Business Owners, so near-perfect English and comfort in executive conversations are required.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Reaching out to all new leads using a provided script and scheduling appointments for assigned Account Executives

  • Bi-weekly check-ins with partners to identify needs, provide support, or escalate conversations to the Account Executive
  • Following up with clients who have scheduled appointments to send reminders and ensure attendance

  • Supporting special projects and ad-hoc assignments as requested

  • Assisting with additional duties as needed to support the Sales Team’s success

What We’re Looking For

  • Independent Contractor / Freelancer (Outside the U.S. welcome)

  • Previous experience in sales support, lead generation, or customer service is preferred but not required

  • Near-perfect English (native or fluent) with a neutral accent is required

  • Comfortable speaking with Executives, C-Suite leaders, and Business Owners

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, scaling environment

  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Account Executives to solve problems and improve outcomes

Details: 

  • This is a full-time position
  • This will require an 8 hour shift, work hours could be between 9 am - 7pm ET. ​​​​​​​
