Your Role: Advising Assistant

Are you fluent in English and Spanish with a passion for helping others succeed?

We are seeking bilingual (English/Spanish) Advising Assistants to provide high-quality support to small business owners enrolled in our programs.

This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role that requires strong communication skills, empathy, organization, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive clear guidance, timely follow-up, and an exceptional customer experience.

This position is ideal for service-driven professionals who thrive in structured environments and are comfortable handling a high call volume.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (20+ calls per hour)
  • Follow up on missed calls, new deals, and scheduled appointments
  • Guide clients through program steps and next actions
  • Provide professional and empathetic support via phone and email
  • Accurately document client interactions in CRM systems (e.g., GoHighLevel/GHL)
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work full-time during US business hours
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
