Are you a self-starter that likes to work smarter with a desire to win BIG? If so, then WE WANT YOU.  We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-oriented full time Sales Assistant (Contractor) to join our dynamic Sales Team.

The Sales Assistant is instrumental in cultivating new and current accounts to increase sales and maximize opportunities. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and driven by meeting sales goals. You’ll strategize with the Account Executives to grow account revenue daily. Recognizing this is a customer and sales facing position, the ideal candidate must have a positive, collaborative mindset with a dedication to exceptional service as well as service and purpose driven with excellent communication skills and a drive to succeed.  

 What this position will do:  

  • Reach out to all new leads using provided script and schedule appointments for the assigned Account Executive.
  • Check in and follow up with all partners on a biweekly basis to determine if they need any assistance or need to speak with their designated Account Executive.
  • Follow up with all clients that have scheduled appointments to provide a reminder of their appointment.
  • Complete special projects or assignments as requested
  • Other duties & responsibilities delegated as needed 

What you will bring to the position: 

  • Foreign Contractor/Freelancer
  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Native speaker or fluent in English language with a neutral accent required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Motivation to succeed, eagerness to learn and ability to adapt to dynamic and ever changing environments as we constantly seek to scale and meet the fluid needs of our clients. 
  • Communication - Effective communicator with strong English language skills, excellent listening comprehension, ability to think critically and assess where support and training may be needed. 
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with the Head of Sales as well as other team members to determine needs and  problem solve. 
  • Ownership: Successful applicants will be self-motivated, independent, but also open to coaching and constructive feedback. We love people who can see a need or gap, take ownership and then share solutions and ideas.

Details: 

  • This is a full-time position
  • This will require an 8 hour shift, work hours could be between 9 am - 7pm ET. 
  • Starting hourly rate is $6.00 USD per hour
