At Credit Suite Inc., we empower businesses to thrive by helping them build their business credit. We're looking for a Business Credit Advisor to join our team in a remote, contractor role. If you're a friendly, enthusiastic team player passionate about customer service and dedicated to making a difference, we want to hear from you!

Location: We are currently accepting applications from candidates in the Philippines.

What You’ll Do:

As a Business Credit Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in guiding clients to success by helping them build their business credit. You'll handle approximately 100 calls a day, both inbound and outbound, providing exceptional service through our online platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

Consulting with clients via phone and email to address their needs and inquiries.
Assisting business owners with our proprietary online system to establish a solid foundation for business credit.
Using our software, ZenDesk, to manage tasks, respond to emails, and make calls (training provided if you're not familiar).

Details:

Position Type: Full-Time Contract
Work Hours: 8-hour shifts, flexible between 9 AM - 7 PM ET.
